SCHS Provides high quality health and support services,
community programs and groups, as well as outreach services.

Expression Of Interest

We’re seeking expressions of interest from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander artists to contribute to the redesign of the Advance Care Planning Booklet. This is an opportunity to showcase your art and help create a culturally meaningful resource.

What is the Advance Care Planning Booklet?

In 2021, SCHS launched the Advance Care Planning Booklet to address the need for a resource specifically tailored to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the community. A respectful and culturally appropriate approach to advance care planning ensures that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals have a health journey that reflects their personal preferences, values, beliefs, and cultural heritage.

The successful applicant will receive a commission fee of $2,500.
