Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) is a specialist diagnostic clinic for people with early changes or concerns about memory loss.
Planned activity groups help older people and people with disabilities to keep living in their own home and remain in the community for as long as possible. We offer a range of fun activities and give respite to families or carers.
