Work With Us
SCHS is a dynamic organisation
At SCHS we are large enough to service our clients’ needs, but small enough to care. Working for us is a rewarding and satisfying experience, whether you are a qualified health or business professional, a post-grad looking for your first working adventure, or a person with transferable skills who could work with us in community health. Our staff are proud to say that they work for SCHS, where every day we help people to achieve better health and wellbeing.
If you are passionate about the provision of quality health care and are prepared for a rewarding career that will allow you to enrich and better the health and wellness of our community SCHS would love to hear from you.
Proudly Inclusive
At SCHS, we believe that diversity and inclusion are fundamental to achieving excellence and fostering innovation. We are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the rich diversity of the communities we serve, where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
We actively encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We recognise the distinctive skills, perspectives, and experiences that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees bring to our organisation.
We acknowledge the unique challenges faced by LGBTIQA+ individuals, people from cultural and linguistic diverse backgrounds, people with a disability, mature age workers and those related to social determinants of health such as discrimination, economic instability, and barriers to healthcare. We invite individuals from all backgrounds to apply and join us in our mission to make a positive impact.
