Tobacco Free Living

Are you wanting to quit smoking, but don’t know where to start? This resource produced by SCHS will point you in the right direction.

Resources for Smoking Cessation

See through the haze: Quit’s new campaign to reduce youth vaping

Many e-cigarettes contain poisonous chemicals such as those found in biofuel, paint thinner and bug killer. In fact, more than 200 chemicals have been detected in e-liquids. Quit’s new, first of it’s kind campaign ‘See through the haze’ raises awareness of the ingredients in many e-cigarettes and the potential for harm associated with e-cigarette use. See through the haze, get the facts on vaping at vapingfacts.org.au/seethroughthehaze

Support to stop vaping

Quitline (13 7848) is available to support people to stop vaping or smoking.

Get the facts on vaping online hub for parents, carers and influential adults

A new Get the facts on vaping online hub has been developed by Quit. The hub provides parents, carers, and influential adults with guidance to start conversations with young people about e-cigarettes, advises on how to know if their child is vaping, and directs to additional resources for support. Visit vapingfacts.org.au
