Experience Brian is an Engineering Consultant with over 35 years’ experience in engineering and project management. After a period of consulting nationally as a specialist design engineer liaising with engineers and architects, Brian’s immediate past experience has been that of Senior Manager of Assets and Planning in the Engineering sector of Lower Murray Water.
