The team at the Family & Child Hub is here to partner with you, offering support to help you build skills, grow your confidence, and find more joy in parenting. We have experience working with families from pregnancy and early parenthood all the way through to the pre-teen years. Whether you’re looking for information, guidance or a listening ear, we’re here to help with any aspect of parenting.
We’re here to support families in understanding and responding to infant and child behaviours, providing feeding support, helping with unsettled babies and offering practical strategies for challenges like fussy eating, toilet training and tantrums. We can also assist in connecting you with other services to support your child’s development.
What to expect
At your first appointment, we’ll take the time to get to know you and your family. We understand that no two families are the same, so we will be guided by what’s most important to you. Together we’ll set meaningful goals and create a plan that feels right for your family.
Who can use this service?
The Family & Child Hub is here for families in Sunraysia. You’re welcome to connect with us in whatever way works best for you – give us a call, send an email, drop us a message on Facebook, or stop by for a visit.
We also welcome referrals from other health professionals and family service providers.
Cost
In line with SCHS policy, fees are determined at intake based on family income.
Your income will be assessed before you consent to our service. Some fee exemptions apply.
