About Sunraysia Community Health Services
SCHS is a dynamic organisation promoting health, wellbeing and independence in a social model of health to prevent illness, disease and injury. Influencing the agenda for health policy, providing access and equity to health services for our community and encouraging innovation and flexibility to ensure services match community need is a priority.
The Role
The Strategic Innovations Officer helps SCHS turn great ideas into real improvements for our community. This role works across the organisation to make sure new research, insights and quality learnings are understood, used and embedded into the way we deliver services.
You’ll work closely with the executive team and a wide range of partners to support smart, evidence-based decision-making. Using data and practical frameworks, you will help shape new and innovative ways of working that respond to community needs and sector changes.
A key part of the role is leading and coordinating projects—planning the work, managing risks, keeping things on track, and checking that changes are making a real difference. You’ll be an important part of a team that focuses on doing things better, embracing new technology, improving processes, and helping SCHS stay at the front of community health innovation.
For a confidential discussion, please contact Mandie Hayes, Quality, Safety and Innovation Manager on (03) 5022 5444 or mhayes@schs.com.au
