HomeBase Hoops

Our Service

HomeBase Hoops is a basketball program for youth who experience barriers, limiting their ability to participate in regular team sport. The program runs each school term on Friday nights from 6.00pm – 10pm for 6 weeks per school term.

HomeBase Hoops is delivered in partnership with various local youth and community service providers including HandsUp Mallee, MRCC, MDAS, Northern Mallee Sports Assembly and DoJ, and proudly supported by Boost Juice, Chemist Warehouse, and Cha Time.

The program is free for all young people aged 10 – 17 years, with all participants being provided an evening meal and the option of a bus ride home.

Participants are capped at 60 people per term.
