Our Service
The HomeBase health clinician provides youth focused interventions and holistic ongoing case management to youths 10-25 years of age and their families to improve their health, wellbeing and social connectedness.
The HomeBase health clinician aims to bridge support gaps with youth through collaboration with services, family and can assist with appropriate connections and referrals to internal and external support services as well as meaningful activities and assist with gaining basic needs.
Who can use this service?
Any young person between the age of 10 to 25.

support for young people 12-25 years requiring early intervention to stabilise, reduce or cease harmful drug use.
HomeBase Activities
Welcomes all young people aged 10 to 17 years to interact and engage in organised, prosocial and meaningful activities.
HomeBase Youth Hub Lounge
Open 1:30pm – 6:30pm Thursdays and Fridays. This space offers young people a safe place free from drugs or alcohol

HomeBase Hoops is a basketball program for youth who experience barriers, limiting their ability to participate in regular team sport
