Our Service
The Community Health Nurse at Homebase provides one-on-one consultations for young people to address any health concerns they may have. The nurse offers support, guidance, and practical advice on a wide range of health issues, ensuring that youth have access to the information and care they need.
If necessary, the nurse can also connect individuals to other relevant health services, helping them navigate their healthcare needs in a supportive and confidential environment.
Who can use this service?
Any young person between the age of 10 to 25.
