Our staff help our Aboriginal community to access services and programs to prevent or treat chronic disease and assist them in accessing culturally appropriate health care services.

Adult Day Activity Centre

Planned activity groups help older people and people with disabilities to keep living in their own home and remain in the community for as long as possible. We offer a range of fun activities and give respite to families or carers.

Aged Care Assessment Services

The assessment looks at the type of help you need and the best services to meet your needs.

Allied Health

Our Allied Health Program supports diagnosis, recovery and quality of life. It aims to increase mobility, independence and an ability to care for oneself.

Antenatal Services

Our Antenatal Clinic provides quality care for expecting parents before, during and after their pregnancy. We aim to support and guide parents in an open and nurturing environment to achieve the best outcome for them and their baby.

Counselling Services

General counselling services provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can discuss your concerns. Engaging in our service can help you clarify your situation, gain new perspectives and work towards change.


Our community dental clinic offers clinical dental services to eligible persons. In addition to general dentistry, we deliver oral health programs that try to prevent oral disease and better oral health.

Drug Treatment

Our drug treatment services are an accessible, non-judgemental service that aims to help clients and their families address problematic use of alcohol and other drugs.

GP Service

Our GP service provides person-centred, continuing, comprehensive and coordinated health care to individuals and families in our community.

Health Promotion

Our Health Promotion team aims to improve people’s health where they live, learn, work and play by addressing the causes of health problems; putting the emphasis of healthy living back into local hands.

Memory Service

Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) is a specialist diagnostic clinic for people with early changes or concerns about memory loss.

Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP)

Our service - to work towards the reduction and prevention of male family violence and foster a non-violent relationship through working with individuals, families and groups whilst promoting women’s and children safety.

Mental health, alcohol and other drug programs

We understand that mental health, and alcohol & other drug (AOD) problems can significantly impair personal wellbeing, work, and family relationships. However with the right support this can improve.

Pain Rehabilitation Service

Most people with chronic pain find that medication is of limited benefit. Although the pain physician can assist you with medication, movement and mind-based treatments are equally as important.

Palliative Care

Our Community Palliative Care provides specialist palliative care nursing, trained volunteers, equipment support and bereavement follow-up.

Refugee Health

Our Refugee Health Service works to ensure the long-term health of refugees by offering culturally appropriate health care that looks after the needs of refugees and asylum seekers living in the Mildura district.

Sexual and Reproductive Health

SCHS takes a holistic approach to the needs of clients and the community with an emphasis on continuous quality improvement and excellence in service delivery based on the principles of collaborative primary care
