We are seeking staff for a leadership role to join our Mental Health & Drug Treatment team.
As the leader of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day functioning and service delivery of Mental Health and Drug Treatment Service. The Mental Health & Drug Treatment service provide a range of supports within the region such as General Counselling, Head to Help support, Primary Mental Health Clinical Care Coordination, Psychological Therapy Service, Drug & Alcohol counselling, Non-residential Rehabilitation Program and Pharmacotherapy Services. Applicants require Tertiary Qualifications in Health or Welfare related field. E.g Nursing, social work, psychology.
- Qualification in mental health.
- Minimum of two years clinical practice in an addiction or mental health setting.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and coaching to a multidisciplinary team.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skill
